GPL trades on a spot and term basis across the Middle East, East and Southern Africa, and the Indian Ocean Islands. The company procures its barrels mainly from Singapore and the AG, including from its preferred and long-term supplier – Bapco (Bahrain).
GPL has regularly been awarded term contracts to supply countries in the Indian Ocean region, including: Mauritius, Mayotte, Comoros, Sri Lanka, Maldives.
During the past two decades, GPL has and continues to regularly win spot tenders in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Madagascar (pre-privatization), Sudan, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Kenya (pre-OTS), Zambia, Comoros, and Mayotte.
